Youth climate lawsuit being heard in U.S. state of Montana

A judge in the U.S. state of Montana is hearing arguments Monday in a
first-of-its-kind lawsuit.

A group of 16 children are suing the state — saying the government's
contribution to climate change violates its Constitution.
