UK inquiry finds bombing may have been preventible

A British inquiry has found that there was a "realistic possibility" that intelligence agencies could have prevented the Manchester Arena bombing. The attack in 2017 killed 22 people attending a concert of musician Ariana Grande. Julia Chapman has more.
