South Korea’s leader is vowing to win public support for Japan’s plan to discharge treated, radioactive wastewater into the Pacific Ocean.
Japan wants to dispose of more than a million tonnes of water used to cool the wrecked Fukushima nuclear power plant.
Seoul had previously criticized the project.
