Blinken: China spy balloon "irresponsible"

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken has labelled China's decision to
fly a surveillance balloon over the US an "irresponsible act".

He said the presence of the balloon led to his decision to postpone
this weekend's trip to Beijing.

China has denied the allegations of spying, saying it's a civilian
balloon that has blown off its intended course.

Secretary Blinken condemned China's actions.
