At least 14 killed, dozens escape in brazen Mexican jail attack

At least 14 people have died in a brazen attack on a jail in the Mexican city of Juarez on Sunday. Officials believe the attack may have been orchestrated by members of a drug cartel and dozens of inmates have escaped.  Toni Waterman has more from Texas.
