A third of the global economy will face a recession this year — that's the stark warning coming from the head of the International Monetary Fund.
Kristalina Georgieva, the managing director of the United Nations's financial agency, says 2023 will be "tougher" than the year just gone.
The IMF had already cut its global economic outlook during its October Annual Meeting in Washington DC.
