Ukraine says its forces are entering Kherson after Russian withdrawal

Ukraine says its forces are entering the southern city of Kherson, after Russia pulled its troops out.

Moscow announced on Wednesday that it was moving its units across the Dnipro River...but the two sides are characterising that withdrawal very differently.

Our correspondent Giles Gibson is monitoring developments from Tallinn in Estonia, which neighbours Russia.
