Scottish court confirms identity of U.S. fugitive who "faked own death"

A Scottish court has ruled that a man arrested last year is an American fugitive who allegedly faked his own death. Nicholas Rossi is wanted in the U.S. on charges of rape and sexual assault. Julia Chapman has more.
