1 in 3 businesses in the UK hospitality sector say they expect to be operating at a loss or fold completely by the new year. A survey carried out by 'UK Hospitality' - a group that represents businesses within the industry - found that the majority of their members think the situation will get even worse as people cut back on eating out while energy costs and inflation rates continue to rise.
