President Donald Trump's real estate company faces accusations of tax fraud in a month-long trial which starts this week in New York City.
The case is the latest in a series of mounting legal battles being fought by the former President, as he weighs up another bid for the White House.
If convicted, the Trump Organization — which operates hotels and golf courses around the world — could face up to $1.6 million in fines.
Benji Hyer reports.
