UN Secretary General condemns Russia

United Nations Secretary General, Antonio Guterres has condemned plans
by Russia to declare the annexation of occupied parts of Ukraine.
Guterres says the annexation has no legal standing and goes against
the United Nations charter.
Russian officials have said Moscow will proclaim the annexation of the
four Ukrainian states within days following referendums held in those
regions earlier this week.
