UN chief appeals for "massive" assistance for Pakistan flooding

UN chief Antonio Guterres is in Pakistan to launch funding efforts
following floods that are estimated to have cost the country $30bn in
damage.

Around 1,400 people died and half a million left homeless, with the
government saying a third of the population has been impacted.
