Russia is letting foreign investors sell bonds and collect payments for the first time since it invaded Ukraine.
The Central Bank banned foreign buyers from selling assets to prevent investors dumping their assets all at once, as Russian sovereign bonds became incredibly risky to hold.
But the loosening of restrictions only applies to those from "non-hostile" countries.
