Japan pledges to restore lending rules in Africa to counter China’s ‘debt trap’

Japan is pushing to rebuild Africa's financing development, as the two day Tokyo International Conference on African Development comes to an end in Tunisia. 


The Japan-led conference, which discusses aid and investment in the horn of Africa, is eyeing curbing China's influence in the region.
