Liz Truss becomes 11th candidate for UK Conservative party leadership

UK Foreign Secretary Liz Truss has declared her candidacy for leadership of the Conserative Party. She is the eleventh Member of Parliament to enter the race to replace Prime Minister Boris Johnson, who will step down once a new leader is chosen. Julia Chapman has more from London.
