Interior ministers from the 27 European Union member states are meeting with their Ukrainian and Moldovan counterparts to discuss the fallout of Russia's war in Ukraine on the bloc's internal security.
Since February, millions of people have fled Ukraine into neighboring countries including Poland, Romania and Moldova.
