KREMLIN AND KYIV RESPOND TO BORIS JOHNSON'S INTENT TO RESIGN

In response to UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson announcing his resignation, Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov told reporters the UK government's crisis was not the priority of their work, but noted "Johnson doesn't like us very much, and we don't like him either".

Ex-President and current Deputy Chairman of Russia's Security Council, Dmitry Medvedev, wrote on his Telegram channel that Mr Johnson's departure was the "natural result of British arrogance and incompetent politics."
