Japan election may accelerate nuclear restart as public mood shifts

Japan's move to restart nuclear reactors may pick up speed after the governing coalition scored a sweeping victory in the national election on Sunday.

Energy shortages across the country as well as recent, record-breaking heat waves have also shifted public opinion on accepting a swift restart.
