'Critical incident' declared at UK's Port of Dover as queues of holiday goers grow

A 'critical incident' has been declared at Dover, a key route between the UK and mainland Europe.


Schools have broken up for Summer across the country and so many are choosing now to travel abroad for a holiday.


The Port of Dover has blamed French authorities for the delay - whilst others have said the additional checks needed, brought about by Brexit, is the culprit.
