UN Security Council condemns Russian airstrike in Kremenchuk, calls it 'blatant attack on civilian infrastructure'

The United Nations Security Council has condemned the attack on a shopping mall in the Ukrainian city of Kremenchuk.

Speaking before the meeting Albanian ambassador to the UN, Ferit Hoxha, condemned the incident that killed at least 20 people.
