US President Joe Biden is trying to salvage his Summit of the Americas
after Mexico's president pulled out of the high-profile, week-long
conference.
Andrés Manuel López Obrador said he would skip the event in
retaliation to the US decision not to invite Cuba, Venezuela and
Nicaragua.
