Fox Corporation faces defamation over 2020 U.S. election coverage

A U.S. judge has told Fox Corporation, the parent company of Fox News,
it must face trial over coverage of the 2020 presidential election.

A defamation lawsuit will go ahead despite the company's efforts to
have it thrown out.
