Family members of victims in Uvalde screamed at police officers to enter the school

Officials say gunman who killed 19 children, and two teachers in a school in Uvalde, Texas, was in the school for up to an hour before police stopped him.

Witnesses say frantic relatives were shouting at security officials outside, urging them to go in.
