U.S. federal infrastructure projects have to use domestic construction materials

New rules from the U.S. government are making sure manufacturers of federal projects use domestic construction items such as iron and steel.

It's part of a push to make sure funding from the one trillion dollar bipartisan infrastructure bill sources local products.
