Philadelphia reinstates mask mandate as Covid-19 cases climb in U.S.

Philadelphia is reintroducing a mask mandate due to rising coronavirus
cases in the U.S. city.

Infections are up in more that 30 states fueled by the Covid-19
Omicron sub-variant.
