NATO foreign ministers resumed talks in Brussels on Thursday on how best to support Ukraine as Russian attacks continue.
Ministers from the 30 NATO allies were joined by their counterparts from Australia, Japan, New Zealand -- and the Ukrainian foreign minister himself.
