UK UNVEILS NEW ENERGY STRATEGY

Britain is accelerating efforts to move away from oil and gas by stepping up the development of nuclear power.

The new national energy strategy will aim for 95-percent of the UK's electricity to be low-carbon by 2030.

Ministers say it'll offer long-term security, deliver thousands of jobs, and bring bills down.

But Doug Parr from Greenpeace doesn't think offshore wind and nuclear reactors will solve the problem.
