Latvia's President has said the nation could help Ukraine export grain by allowing it to move through Baltic ports. President Egils Levits travelled with his counterparts from Lithuania, Estonia and Poland to meet President Zelensky in Kyiv. It's believed they're now looking at ways to further support Ukraine's economy.
