The European Central Bank is sticking to plans to conclude its stimulus programme in the third quarter of this year.
ECB chief Christine Lagarde also announced interest rates will remain at their current levels despite record-high inflation and uncertainty around the war in Ukraine -- a decision that's out of step with many other central banks around the world.
