U.S. inflation hits fresh 40-year high

U.S. inflation hit a fresh 40-year high in February, amid escalating fighting in Ukraine and higher costs of living.

The consumer price index jumped 7.9% from a year ago - and things are expected to get worse as oil prices spike.
