Japan Prime Minister calls for UN Security Council reform

Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida has called for the reform of the UN Security Council in light of Russia's invasion of Ukraine.

He said that the veto rights of Security Council members should be restricted as much as possible, and that Japan would work with other countries towards that goal.
