China places millions under lockdown amid spike in COVID-19 cases

China has placed its southern tech hub Shenzhen under COVID-19 lockdown, amid concerns an outbreak in Hong Kong is spreading across the border. The move follows further lockdowns and mass testing in other Chinese cities as cases spike across the country.
