UN report says Taliban have killed scores of former Afghan officials and others

A United Nations report says that more than 100 members of the ousted Afghan government, security forces, and people who worked with international troops, have been killed since the Taliban took over in August.

The report, obtained by Reuters and the Associated Press, highlights worsening living conditions for citizens in Afghanistan.
