Quad agree new initiatives to counter China

At a White House the four leaders of the US, India, Japan and
Australia have announced new agreements prompted by concerns over the
growing influence of China.

The initiatives aim to strengthen supply chain security, improve 5G
telecommunications, better monitor climate change and help train up
science and technology graduates.
