Biden pushes infrastructure plans as Republican counteroffer falls short

US President Joe Biden has pushed for trillions of dollars of
investment in infrastructure as a Republican counteroffer again fell
short of expectations.

In a speech in Ohio the President urged Congress to find common ground
to pass the bill.
