U.S. ambassador to Russia heading to Washington for consultations

The U.S. embassy in Moscow has confirmed that Ambassador John Sullivan will return to Washington for consultations. It comes after the Russian Foreign Ministry suggested he go home after fresh U.S. sanctions were announced. Julia Chapman reports.
