‘Interior resign’: calls for accountability and transparency as so-called ‘cash for curtains’ row in the UK intensifies

Boris Johnson is being accused of judging his own trial, as a formal investigation is launched into the refurbishment of his Downing Street residence.


The Prime Minister has been under growing pressure to disclose who financed the revamp after his former adviser, Dominic Cummings, claimed Conservative party donors "secretly paid" for the works.
