Belgian health experts have reversed course on the AstraZeneca vaccine, now recommending it for use in people over 55. The U-turn comes amid a vaccine shortfall in the country, which has left vaccination centers administering a fraction of their daily capacity. Toni Waterman has more from Brussels.
