US markets mostly edge up as investors shrug off political turmoil, look to vaccines and new stimulus

US markets edged up Wednesday, ahead of a key vote by the US House of Representatives to impeach US president Donald Trump.


Investors hedged against the political uncertainty, on vaccine hopes and more stimulus under the incoming Biden administration.
