Police chiefs in the UK say they're likely to start handing out more fines for breaches of covid-19 lockdown restrictions.
The government is also considering tougher measures because of concerns about public compliance.
Infection rates continue to climb across the UK with the entire country under some form of lockdown.
But shadow health secretary Jonathan Ashworth says there's still a lack of clarity around existing rules.
