A ban on the sale of new petrol and diesel cars and vans in the UK is to be brought forward to 2030.
Prime Minister Boris Johnson's confirmed the date is being moved a decade earlier - as part of his so-called 'green industrial revolution'.
He's announced a £12bn plan which also includes funding for hydrogen power, wind turbines, and carbon capture technology.
The government says the green shift can create 250 000 jobs.
