Japan, Australia reach agreement on defence pact

Japan and Australia have reached a broad agreement on their historic bilateral defence pact. The Reciprocal Access Agreement has been years in the making - and will allow troops to visit each other's countries to conduct training or joint operations. Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison has hailed the agreement as a "pivotal moment in the history of Japan-Australia ties." Grace Lee reports from Tokyo.
