Russian lawmakers propose widening protest ban

Draft legislation has been introduced in the Russian parliament that would ban single-person pickets, which have become a popular method of protest in the country. Opposition figures say the bill is aimed at sidelinening dissenting voices in Russia. Julia Chapman has more.
