International arrivals to England will be able to reduce their quarantine period to six days, from December 15th.
It will require travellers from destinations not on the government's travel corridors list to pay for a covid-19 test after five days of isolation.
If it comes back negative, they'll be allowed to leave quarantine.
Heathrow airport boss John Holland-Kaye says it's good news but long overdue.
