Democratic Presidential Candidate Joe Biden has told supporters he can see a path to victory.
In a race that's still too close to call, both he and incumbent US President Donald Trump are closely watching battleground states such as Pennsylvania where votes are still being counted.
President Trump has launched legal challenges to temporarily stop the count in Pennsylvania and Michigan and demanded a recount in Wisconsin which his rival Joe Biden is projected to take.
Speaking in Wilmington Delaware, Joe Biden said he was confident he'd get to the 270 electoral college votes needed to win the White House.
