Democratic challenger Joe Biden has addressed the nation again, telling Americans he is on the path to victory.
Speaking in Delaware, Joe Biden claimed wins in the key battleground state of Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania- where U.S. President Donald Trump is already contesting both the vote count and the results.
