Mass Covid-19 testing of population to be trialled in England

The British government is promising to spend £500m ($660) on mass coronavirus testing across the country which it hopes will offer a "route back to normal life."

The UK's Health Secretary Hancock says the trial of regular community testing — starting with schoolchildren, teachers, office workers — will "help suppress the virus and enable more of the things that make life worth living."

Benji Hyer has more details from London.
