Belarusian opposition offers Lukashenko security guarantees

Svetlana Tikhanovskaya said she was ready to discuss guarantees to Aleksander Lukashenko if he steps down "peacefully". Vladimir Putin's press secretary said that Lukashenko does not need any guarantees of security as he is the legitimate president of Belarus. Galina Polonskaya reports.
