The UK's Royal College of Surgeons says surgeons are only working at half capacity, despite record numbers of people waiting for surgery.
With routine operations still cancelled due to coronavirus, the president of the College, Professor Neil Mortensen, says there are still obstacles which need to be overcome before a return to normal is possible.
