Troubled Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko has spoken to Russia's leader Vladimir Putin for the third time in ten days, amid mass protests against his rule. Tens of thousands of people flooded the streets of the Belarusian capital Minsk at the weekend, two weeks after Lukashenko declared victory in elections his opponents say were rigged.
